About these terms

These terms govern use of this website. Confirmed cleaning services are governed separately by a written estimate, scope of work, recurring service agreement, or facility services agreement provided to confirmed customers. Submission of an estimate request does not create a service contract.

Estimates and appointments

Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment or a final price. Pricing is subject to assessment of the property and requested scope. No appointment is confirmed until the service scope, price, date, and access arrangements have been accepted by both parties. Payment and cancellation terms are provided before the first confirmed appointment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information; safe and lawful access to the property; working utilities; disclosure of pets; securing valuables, medications, firearms, and confidential materials; and identifying delicate surfaces, preexisting damage, and areas that should not be entered.

Service limitations

We may decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope. We do not provide biohazard remediation, crime-scene cleaning, mold remediation, asbestos removal, pest control, sharps disposal, medical-waste handling, or cleaning of bodily fluids or hazardous substances unless explicitly approved in writing following an assessment. Cleaners move only lightweight items where safe and clean only areas safely reachable with approved equipment. Routine cleaning may not remove permanent staining, damage, buildup, or odors requiring specialized treatment.

Concerns

If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us promptly with specific details. We will review the concern against the agreed service scope and determine an appropriate resolution.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with website use or services is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property and governing law

Website content belongs to White Glove Professional Cleaning and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page.
